Monthly competitions consist of a Set subject and an Open category where any image can be submitted. Entries are limited to three images per member per competition, with a maximum of two in either medium (Print or Projected Digital Image) and with a maximum of two entries in the Open category.

The deadline for digital entries into the Projected Images section of the competition is 23h00 on the Wednesday before the competition evening. PDIs must be uploaded onto the website.

The Category, title and author of prints to be entered, as well as a digital copy of the image must be emailed to competitions@ctps.co.za by 23h00 on the Wednesday before the competition evening to allow the convenor to prepare score sheets.  Prints must be presented to the convenor by 18h40 on the evening of the competition.

If it is not named correctly the image may not be included in the monthly competition, or it may be included in the incorrect category.

Important:

• A maximum of 3 entries is allowed per competition, but none of the images must have been entered into any other competition before the night of the CTPS competition.  Images may be older than 1 year.
• There is a limit of 2 entries in a medium (Print or Projected Digital Image).
• A maximum of 2 Open entries are allowed.  Please note that it is not compulsory to enter a Set subject.
