CTPS membership offers a unique opportunity to join a community of people who have a passion for photography. Whether you’re a photographer or enjoy appreciating photography, membership has something to offer.

Membership Fees

As of 1 August 2024 the yearly membership fee is R400. Annual membership fees are payable directly into the CTPS Bank account: Please use the word ‘Member’ together with your Name and Surname for electronic payment to FNB (EFT only); Branch code 250655; Account number 627 083 39868. Mail proof of payment to treasurer@ctps.co.za. If you wish to make a cash or cheque deposit, please include an extra R50 to cover the bank charges (R450).

We’d love to see you – even if it is just as a visitor! We welcome visitors to our competition evenings so that you can get a taste of what the society is all about.

By becoming a member of CTPS, you grant CTPS permission to utilize your submitted images for various purposes, including but not limited to: 1. Inclusion in the Cape Camera newsletter. 2. Display on the CTPS website and Facebook page 3. Submission in interclub competitions or exhibitions. Your participation and contribution to our club are greatly valued, and we want to ensure transparency regarding the use of your creative work. If you have any concerns or questions regarding this policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out to one of the council members.

Please supply any additional information you're willing to share e.g. Expertise (that CTPS could use), Associations, Honours etc.
