3. Under the list of Neural filters activate the skin softening tab. If you have not used this before, it will prompt you
to download the filter from the internet. This takes a minute or two. This is a once-off step. Save the output to a new
layer and press OK.

4. This layer comes into Photoshop as a new layer and you can change the opacity of this layer or create a mask
and paint out the effect in certain areas!
As you can see – this is a quick and effective way to achieve a glowing skin look!
