CTPS senior entries in the PSSA January competitions are top scorers!

Congratulations Lesley & Kim!
The image on the left, Valencia Science
Museum and Hemispheric by Lesley
Parolis was the first runner-up in the
January PSSA Senior Club competition
— even though it was our senior winner
in the December competition.
Lesley's image received a high score
of 39 in the January competition, in
which images from clubs who had
competitions in December were judged
with the January entries.
Kim Stevens' image Spokes, our January
senior winner, received the highest
score of all the January entries, namely
37. Because the two months were
judged together, this was the fourth
highest overall score. The three top
December images received scores of 40,
39 and 38.
Interestingly, both these superb images
were captured at the Science Museum
in Valencia, Spain. Kim's image was en-
tered in the Monochrome Street Pho-
tography category in January (see the
judge's comments on p20).
Lesley's image was the December print
winner. See p41 of the November/De-

which he awarded a score of 28.
