                                         Bird Photography by Vernon Chalmers

Vernon Chalmers, a professional Cape Town photographer and private photography trainer, workshop facilitator and publisher of
various online camera photographic resources, discussed the general principles of bird photography focusing on gear and optimal
settings for different scenarios on 15 March. He included information about anticipating bird behaviour with a goal of creating
compelling, well-composed images. There will be a follow-up practical session at Woodbridge Island on 15 April.
