Third in PSSA monthly club competition
The CTPS Senior entry in the September PSSA monthly
club competition, Twirl with Broom by Trudi du Toit (left),
earned the third highest score (39 out of 45). It was also
the highest placed image from a Western Cape (WC) club.
Our entry in the Junior section, In the footsteps of Edgar
Degas by Sally-Ann Spooner, earned a score of 33 and was
placed 16th.
PSSA affiliated clubs are invited to enter their monthly
competition winners in this monthly club competition to
see how they compare to other clubs. There were 46 Sen-
ior club entries and 44 Junior club entries.
Mariana earns FIAP Ribbon
The dreamlike image, Dancing in the Wild (right) earned
Mariana Visser a 15/15 score and a prestigious FIAP Rib-
bon in the Penguin Awards international salon.
“I took the photo of the ballerina in the streets of Cape
Town and captured the elephant in the Kruger National
Park,” says Mariana. “Huge thank you to my mentor and
friend Martin Dudley (Barber)”.
