How to maximise your skies in a landscape photo using Photoshop

I love this long exposure photo captured at Harmony Park…the long exposure allowed streaking in the clouds, but there is too big
an area with no detail in the top right hand corner in the image below.
Make a quick selection of the sky area using the quick selection tool or just Edit-select sky and make a layer via a copy of the selection
