Set subject: Storytelling

The judges for the competition were Hendrik Louw for the PDI images and Dave Gordon
for the Print section. Both are members of CTPS although Hendrik lives in Pretoria and
regularly joins us via Zoom. He is also a member of the Centurion Photographic Club.

Entries into the monthly PSSA Competition:

The senior entry for April was Street Photographer by night by John Alexander and the
junior entry was Sonde met die bure by Simon Mouton

Below are the winners in the Set Subject category with the judges' comments..

Winner Print – Set (Master) Searching for Cinderella by Trudi du Toit (27). All technical aspects are extremely well handled, exposure,
composition, sharpness, colour temperature etc. It is an image that keeps the viewer thinking and exploring. The dancer under the
table adds some mystery to the scene. It fits the set subject theme perfectly.
