Winner PDI - Set (Salon): In this Together by Michele-Ann Nel (24). A strong shadow image that
fits in the set subject, with balance between the two riders and no overlapping of the shadows. The
road lines add a frame to the image.
Winner PDI - Set (Master): Ascend-
ing by Kim Stevens (24). The attrac-
tive curves of the structure on the left
and right hand side of the image cre-
ate a harmonious composition that is
strengthened by the strong vertical
and diagonal lines of the stairs lead-
ing into the sky. It is very well exposed
with pleasing colours, all accentuated
by the sun burst on the third.
