Winner PDI - Set (Intermediate) Living on the edge by Simon Frank Mouton (24). The photographer timed the shot perfectly to catch
the surfer right on the edge of the wave. The image is cropped well, leaving some space in front of the surfer while catching the
wave left by the surfboard at the back. Technically it is a good picture. It is a pity that the water is so murky, but there is nothing the
photographer could have done about it.
Winner Print - Set (Master) Sky high by David Barnes (24). This image is technically good with both the rider and the bike being sharp
and the orange colours stand out well against the grey sky. The photographer used an excellent shutter speed to allow for some
movement blur in the wheels.
