Winner PDI – Open (Beginner) Colours over the Castle by Charles Booysen (24). A seascape image with beautiful light. The dramatic
clouds in the sky are very attractive and generate a great moody feeling as well as anticipation of what is going to happen next.
Overall a very successful image.
Winner PDI – Open (Advanced) Stadium of Dreams by Johan van Wyk (26). A very effective image and excellent view point of the
stadium. The emphasis is on the shape of it which has good contrast and colour. The beautiful light creates a dream-like feeling. It
works very well.
